We recommend booking at least 3–6 months in advance for weekday events and 6–12 months for weekend events, especially for weddings and quinceañeras. Popular dates (spring and fall Saturdays in particular) fill up quickly. The sooner you lock in your date, the better!
Yes! We are a dry-hire venue, which means you are welcome to bring your own licensed and insured caterer. If you need recommendations, we work with a trusted network of catering partners — just ask and we'll send over some referrals.
Alcohol is permitted at events with the proper licensing and insurance. Your caterer or bartending service must be licensed to serve alcohol. Please contact us for full details on our alcohol policy and requirements.
All rentals include round tables, clear ghost chairs, premium linens (in your color choice), an 85" Smart TV, a Bluetooth speaker system, a wireless microphone, and setup/breakdown. Additional amenities like photo booths, uplighting packages, and floral arrangements are available through our vendor partners.
Absolutely! Our spaces are fully customizable. You're welcome to bring in your own decorations and décor team. The only restriction is that we don't allow open flames, confetti, or glitter. Balloon installations, floral arrangements, signage, and custom lighting are all welcome.
Both locations are in downtown San Jose with street parking and multiple paid parking structures within walking distance. The Prestige Venue at 18 S Almaden Ave is steps from the San Jose Diridon area, and The Prestige Hall at 29 N San Pedro St has several parking structures nearby. We recommend guests plan for downtown parking rates on event days.

The Prestige Venue at 18 S Almaden Ave accommodates up to 100 guests for seated events. The Prestige Hall at 29 N San Pedro Street accommodates up to 200 guests for seated events. Both venues can accommodate additional guests for cocktail-style receptions — contact us for details.
